What Was Asked
Integrate the many different Expedia employees who were joining a new blended team
While there was great potential in the new team’s diversity of skills and backgrounds, many of the employees were nervous about how to work together on such a new type of team.
What We Did
We created and delivered a custom ACE experience to help them
Acknowledge their unique needs, fears, and excitement
Connect as individuals and a team
Explore ways to work in a blended fashion in the future
What Happened
The new team members left feeling positive and connected.
Although many were nervous about the new team and the workshop, the session concluded with them feeling optimistic about the future, with a better understanding of one another as people, a sense of connection, and original ideas.
Participants also left with an ACE toolkit to help them work together in the future, while navigating the challenges and seizing the opportunities of their blended team.
