What Was Asked
PeaceHealth regularly partners with On Your Feet for help in executive coaching and conference design and facilitation.
For five years, On Your Feet has worked with Steve Glenn, Chief Administrative Officer at PeaceHealth. On Your Feet has helped PeaceHealth design and facilitate eight events over the years: everything from high-stakes board meetings to community events.
The partnership first started when Steve reached out for help with designing PeaceHealth’s leadership summit. After a very successful event, On Your Feet was asked to help design and facilitate the board summit and has worked with the company ever since.
What We Did
We created meeting experiences and helped individual presenters, executives, physicians, and audience members realize their full potential as communicators and collaborators.
To do this, On Your Feet started working with the planning teams for both the leadership and board summits early on, helping them identify the desired outcomes of each event. After clearly defining the event objectives, On Your Feet held leadership accountable throughout the process, aligning every agenda decision to a specific desired outcome.
During these events, On Your Feet facilitators kept audiences engaged by using interactive experiences and breakout sessions to encourage connection and learning.
At times, On Your Feet has also delivered coaching to PeaceHealth physicians and executives who are tasked with delivering keynotes or presenting on panels.
What Happened
Feedback from both the leadership and board summit events have been consistently “off the charts,” says Steve Glenn.
On Your Feet continues to impress Steve and his planning team, finding new ways to keep audiences engaged and making sure objectives are being met. When it came to coaching a panel of physicians, On Your Feet “did a wonderful job rehearsing spontaneity with them,” noted Steve. A specific physician panel orchestrated by On Your Feet ended up being the highest rated session at the event.
